I would like to apply the job as the dishwasher in the M.V Louise cruise line where your company as the agency here in Indonesia which is advertised in the Bali Post newspaper on December 6th 2010.
I am 26 years old now. I am married and have got a child.I have studied in Hotel Cruise Training International (HCTI) in Denpasar for six months and graduated in 2005.
I have worked in Ramada Bintang Bali in Kuta as the dishwasher for a year. I have also worked in the Laguna Resort and Spa in Nusa Dua as a steward for two years.
Through this application, I brought the copies of some documents that are required :
- One copy of Passport.
- One copy of Seaman Book.
- One copy of the Certificate of Proficiency of Basic Safety Training (BST)
- One copy of the Certificate of Crowd Management (CCM).
- One copy of the Certificate from Ramada Bintang Bali Resort.
- One copy of the Certificate from The Laguna Resort and Spa Nusa Dua.
- One copy of the Certificate of Graduated from Hotel Cruise Training International (HCTI) Denpasar.
